ROUTE ETHOS

Double Dagger Adventure Club was started to capture and share the beautiful and epic cycling routes. Our core is road cycling starting in the PNW but we don’t mind pushing beyond that either.

Any half-baked art student could write a term paper on the underlying beauty of the graffiti on the dumpster. But that is not what we are after. We want mountain vistas, river filled valleys, winding tree canyons and sun bleached ranges. Nothing ruins a great view more than a bunch of parked cars at a view point, so we aim to find more off the beaten track. There is a correlation to the harder something is to get to the more rewarding it becomes. There will be no easy rides to offer on this site. Medium to This-Is-A-Questionable-Idea routes only.

To be clear we have absolutely nothing against easy rides. But we don’t feel like they are usually worth traveling for and you know your local area better than we do. Most the routes we make are pavement orientated, but in order to get to pavement sometimes there is some dirt involved. We def enjoy some gravel, but we aren’t into real chonky that just takes forever.

We aim to make rides that are challenging and you will remember years down the road…
